The next enrollment/change deadline is February 17, 2026. Fill out the enrollment form and return to iehf@ierha.ca to be eligible for the payday payout 50/50 draw starting with the draw on March 12, 2026.

Once you enroll, your are automatically registered for all subsequent draws!

Please note that any enrollment forms received after the deadline will be eligible for the next draw.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a ticket cost?

  • There are 4 tiers of tickets available: one (1)ticket for $5, three (3)tickets for $10, ten (10)tickets for $25, or fifty (50) tickets for $50.

How do I buy a ticket?

  • Fill out the Enrollment/Change form found on the IEHF web page and send it to iehf@ierha.ca. You can also drop off at the IEHF office (located at IERHA Corporate office).
  • Please note that Enrollment/Change forms for subsequent draws must be received by the deadline indicated on the raffle schedule.

Where can I find the Enrollment/Change form?

  • The Enrollment/Change/Cancel forms are located on the Foundation’s web page.

Do I have to fill out an Enrollment/Change form for every draw?

  • No, once you have filled out the Enrollment/Change form and sent it in, you are enrolled for every draw for the 2025-2026 LGCA license.  To cancel or change your enrollment, you can resubmit the form with any changes you want to make.

How do I get my ticket(s)?

  • Your ticket(s) will be emailed to your personal email address provided before each draw.  Please be sure to fill out the form very clearly so that you receive your ticket(s).  Your ticket(s) will be emailed from the third-party provider, RaffleBox. An email address is mandatory for enrollment. If you do not receive your tickets by the day of the draw, please email iehf@ierha.ca.

There was a deduction on my pay stub but I haven’t received my tickets yet. Why is this?

How is the winner picked?

  • The winner will be picked each payday at 2:00pm.  The draw will take place in the IEHF Office at 222A Main Street in Selkirk with the service provider Raffle Box using electronic randomization equipment, approved by Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority (LGCA) of Manitoba.

How will I know if I won?

  • The winner will be contacted immediately following the draw by phone and/or email. The winner’s name will also be featured in the Wave and on the Foundation’s website and social media accounts.

When will the winner be posted?

  • The winner will be posted once they have been notified and their eligibility has been confirmed. You can look for the winner in Wednesday Wave following each draw, and on the Foundation’s website.

I work casual or I work or volunteer in the IERHA but I am paid through shared health/another partner, or I am a volunteer. Can I still participate? 

  • Yes,  however you will not be able to be set up for payroll deduction. You will be able to purchase tickets directly from the RaffleBox site with a unique URL for each draw. Please contact IEFH to be added to the distribution list or for more information.

Can I sign up any time throughout the year?

  • Yes, fill out the Enrollment/Change form and send it in to the IEHF in advance of the deadline for the next draw.

Where do the proceeds of the draw go?

  • Half the proceeds goes to the winning Staff member, the other half goes to the IEHF to support priorities in the region.

If I win how do I receive my money?

  • You will receive your winnings by cheque.  Arrangements can be made with the Executive Director of the IEHF to pick your cheque up or have it sent to you. Should a cheque not be cashed within six months from the draw date, the funds will be added to the raffle proceeds.

Do I receive a tax receipt at the end of the year?

  • No, 50/50 ticket purchases are not eligible for tax receipts.

Who do I contact if I have questions?

  • All inquiries about the 50/50 payday payout should be directed to the Executive Director, IEHF. E-mail: iehf@ierha.ca.

I already participate in IERHA $5 Club – how is this different?

  • Both programs support care and community. IERHA $5 Club is a donation that supports community programs as voted on by $5 Club members. As this is a donation you receive a tax benefit for your contribution. 50/50 provides you an opportunity to win.
